November Week 2

Hey!

If you read last week’s email, you’ll know that I’ll be done sending these at the end of November. And if you want to find out more about why click here.

👉🏼 Have you tried Curious Elixirs yet? They’re one of my FAVORITE alcohol-free brands!

Click the ad below to order - and use my code for a discount! 🎉

Now let’s get to it 👇🏼

AF tip of the week

I won’t get all woo-woo on you or anything here, but self-development is important.

Isn’t that why we’re here in the first place?

You are subscribed to this email because you either:

  1. Quit drinking

  2. Want to quit drinking

  3. You’re my mom

If you’re here to support me, I’ll take it. And I thank you.

Now, back to making YOU better.

Once the booze is out of the picture, how can you work on yourself? A great way to figure this out is by thinking about why you drank in the first place.

Were you using alcohol to cope? To destress? To socialize?

What are some parts of yourself you’d like to improve or work on?

You don’t have to hit up the Barnes N Noble self-help section, do what I do, Google it.

There are countless blogs, podcasts, videos, and even people who send self-development newsletters (like this one). You likely won’t have to look very far to find something that resonates with you.

What’s up?+ a picture

Well, whatd’ya know - another photo of my kid. #noshame

He started basketball two weeks ago and is loving it! His dad is the coach, so it’s been fun watching them together. 🏀

I hope you can spend some time with your family soon if you’re into that sort of thing. If you’re not, I hope you have healthy boundaries. ☺️
